Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an O2C Lead, Finance Systems to own the O2C application landscape and core workflows across the enterprise. You will drive enterprise expansion capabilities and partner with AI, data platforms to embed AI into finance processes.

You’ll collaborate with Controllership, Tax, Treasury and Finance leadership to refine end-to-end O2C processes, ensure ERP and SaaS apps are configured and integrated for accurate close and scalable revenue data.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise or business systems with finance tech ownership.
• 4+ years in O2C, responsible for order-to-cash.
• Experience with ERP and SaaS finance applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the O2C technology landscape and roadmap aligned to priorities.
• Collaborate to integrate CPQ to NetSuite and ensure scalable enterprise capabilities.
• Ensure high‑quality code with rigorous test cases and processes.
• Own ITGCs and other key controls with Internal Audit and external auditors.
