Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Lead, Finance Systems to own the O2C technology landscape and core financial workflows. You will drive Enterprise and International Expansion capabilities, interface CPQ with NetSuite, and uphold IT controls in partnership with Internal Audit and Security.

You will propel an AI-native transformation across Finance, embedding AI with measurable productivity gains and working closely with AI/data platform teams and Finance Engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise or business systems with ownership of Finance technology at a tech or SaaS company.
• 4+ years in O2C, responsible for order-to-cash processes.
• Understanding of practical SOX ITGC and collaboration with Internal Audit and external auditors.
• ,
• Hands-on in ERP and Finance application architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience delivering AI/automation in Finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the O2C track: translate business requirements into functional/technical design and ensure scalable enterprise capabilities.
• Integrate CPQ with NetSuite and align O2C with enterprise needs.
• Assess O2C landscape and provide future-ready recommendations.
• Maintain high code quality with comprehensive test design and execution.
• Own IT General Controls (ITGCs) design, implementation, and operation in partnership with Audit and Security.
• Automate controls and evidence collection to streamline audits.
• Lead AI-native transformation across Finance and embed AI into core processes with guardrails.
• Design and optimize end-to-end O2C workflows with Controllership, Tax, and Treasury.
• Partner with Finance leadership as the primary systems and data advisor in executive forums.
• Represent Finance Technology Systems in planning cycles and cross-functional initiatives.
