Job summary

Klaviyo is building a best-in-class O2C platform to support rapid growth and global expansion. You will own the O2C technology stack, drive ERP and financial systems integration, and partner with Finance leadership to deliver scalable, auditable processes.

You will lead AI-enabled finance initiatives, strengthen controls, and collaborate across Controllership, Tax, Treasury, and Engineering to ensure accurate revenue reporting and efficient close cycles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise systems with finance tech ownership.
• 4+ years in O2C, order-to-cash leadership.
• SOX ITGC experience with internal audit.
• Experience integrating ERP/Finance applications (NetSuite/Oracle, Avalara, Zuora).

Responsibilities

• Own the O2C track and roadmap.
• Lead AI-native transformation in Finance.
• Ensure ITGCs and controls across O2C.
• Design and optimize core Finance processes and systems.
• Partner with Controllership, Tax, Treasury.
• Represent Finance Tech in executive forums.
