Job summary

Hanger Clinic is seeking a Group Practice Manager to oversee a network of orthotics and prosthetics clinics. The role combines clinical leadership with strong operational oversight to ensure high-quality patient care across locations.

You will manage staffing with HR, mentor clinical staff, and align clinic operations with regional leadership while driving performance and patient outcomes. The position may include hands-on clinical duties up to 60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensure where required
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Windows-based office technologies (Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Lead 8–10 clinics as a cohesive group practice ensuring timely, high‑quality patient care.
• Oversee staffing plans and support recruitment in partnership with HR.
• Coordinate daily operations across multiple locations for efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, budgeting and forecasting.
• Promote clinical excellence and foster a collaborative culture across clinics.
