Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Group Practice Manager to lead a network of O&P clinics, maintaining high-quality patient care and strong team engagement. You will report to regional leadership and may engage in direct patient care up to 60% as needed.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff mentoring, and operational excellence across locations, with a focus on aligning resources, improving outcomes, and driving performance.

Qualifications

• Current ABC/BOC certification or eligibility for Prosthetics and/or Orthotics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience in healthcare settings is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain licensure where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of 8–10 clinics ensuring timely, high‑quality patient care.
• Oversee staffing plans, recruitment support, and mentorship for clinical staff.
• Align operational strategies with dyad partners and regional leadership.
• Monitor KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
