Job summary

Hanger, Inc. seeks a Group Practice Manager to lead a network of orthotic and prosthetic clinics, ensuring coordinated, high‑quality patient care across locations. The role blends clinical practice (up to 60%) with operations and team leadership.

You will oversee staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics while partnering with HR, clinicians, and regional leadership to drive growth and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current ABC/BOC certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics or ABC Board-Eligibility.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• 5+ years in Orthotics/Prosthetics or healthcare administration.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead 8–10 clinics to ensure timely, high‑quality patient care across the network.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple clinics with alignment to regional leadership.
• Manage staffing plans, budgeting, forecasting and performance metrics.
• Partner with HR and clinicians to drive training and clinical excellence.
