Job summary

Hanger, Inc. seeks a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist to provide or supervise comprehensive O&P care, assess patients, plan treatment, and follow up within a collaborative clinical community of nearly 1500 providers.

The Clinic Manager will lead operations, supervise practitioners and staff, and drive financial and clinical goals while maintaining compliance and patient satisfaction across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Current ABC or BOC certification, or eligibility, in Prosthetics/Orthotics.
• Bachelor's degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics or foreign equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and driving record per policy.
• Ability to obtain state licensure where required.
• Five years' direct patient care experience in orthotics/prosthetics (preferred).
• Two to four years of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Two to four years of third-party billing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage practice operations to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Maintain QA programs ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales and marketing plans to expand referrals.
• Manage expenses and materials to meet budget projections.
• Ensure OSHA and safety regulations are followed.
• Provide direct patient care for orthotic and/or prosthetic conditions when needed.
