Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Group Practice Manager to lead a network of O&P clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care across locations. The role includes hands-on clinical practice up to 60% and strong operational governance, staffing, and performance management.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, clinical credentials in O&P, and a track record of coordinating multi-site operations while driving patient outcomes and engagement.

Qualifications

• Current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics from the ABC or BOC, or ABC-Eligiblity in Prosthetics/Orthotics.
• Minimum of two to four years of supervision experience.
• For clinicians: valid driver’s license; licensure as required by state.
• For non-clinicians: five years of progressive healthcare administration experience; supervision experience.
• Preferred: five years’ experience in Orthotics/Prosthetics patient care management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
• Connect clinics into a cohesive team and share resources across locations.
• Identify and remove delivery barriers to improve care speed and quality.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple clinics and ensure efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, budgeting, and financial reporting; drive staff engagement.
