Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Group Practice Manager to lead a network of orthotics and prosthetics clinics with 8-10 direct reports. You will balance clinical excellence with operational leadership, ensuring timely, high-quality patient care across locations and driving team engagement.

The role may include hands-on clinical activity up to 60% while guiding strategic initiatives and partnerships in the market.

Qualifications

• Current ABC and/or BOC certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics (or eligibility).
• Bachelor’s degree in prosthetics/orthotics or related field.
• Minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of O&P clinics with 8-10 direct reports and drive high-quality patient care.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple clinics, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Staffing plans, recruitment support, and staff development with HR.
• Align clinical and operational strategies with leadership and market goals.
