Hanger, Inc. seeks a Group Practice Manager to lead 8-10 clinics in a connected network, ensuring timely, high-quality care while mentoring staff. The role blends prosthetics-focused clinical practice with oversight of clinical operations across locations in the Kalamazoo market.

The role includes up to 60% direct patient care, staff development, and strategic leadership, with a focus on delivering superior patient outcomes and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics or ABC/BOC eligibility.
• Prosthetics/orthotics degree or foreign equivalent with ABC eligibility.
• Valid driver's license; comply with Motor Vehicle Safety Policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group practice across multiple clinics; ensure timely, high-quality care.
• Mentor clinical staff and partner with HR on staffing and recruitment.
• Align clinical and operational strategies with leadership; drive performance.
• Direct patient care up to 60% as appropriate and maintain care standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting; monitor KPIs.
