Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible healthcare administration with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple O&P clinics to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Lead staffing plans and support recruitment in partnership with HR.
• Align clinical and operational strategies with leadership across locations.
• Monitor KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
