Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Colorado and Kansas region. You will lead sales strategies with independent agents, train agency teams on ISC products, and collaborate with underwriting and marketing to expand market share and profitability.

You will travel up to 60% to meet with agents, conduct training, and drive new and renewal production. This is an individual contributor role focused on developing agency relationships and achieving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of sales and/or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Experience in commercial insurance is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify key independent agents to utilize ISC products.
• Train new agents and agency staff on ISC products and processes.
• Meet with agents and staff in offices on a regular basis.
• Add additional agencies to your territory to drive growth.
• Drive new and renewal production from assigned agencies.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement initiatives.
• Assist in the roll-out of new programs.
• Facilitate product webinars and website demonstrations.
• Participate in industry trade shows to drive additional business.
