Job summary

Frontify in New York City seeks a hands-on People Operations and Workplace Coordinator to anchor our on-site experience. You’ll own onboarding, champion Frontify culture, and shape a welcoming space for local staff and visiting colleagues, with 4–5 days on site.

Working with the HR manager, you’ll refine policies, drive administrative efficiency, and lead events that strengthen workplace culture, while ensuring compliance with NYC, state, and federal laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in HR administration, People Experience, or Workplace Operations.
• Experience with local NYC, state, and federal labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in designing and executing streamlined HR workflows across the employee lifecycle.
• Stay up to date with local NYC regulations and implement compliant policies.
• Plan and facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Coordinate and execute workplace events that strengthen culture and recognition.
