Job summary

FundApps is seeking a Workplace Operations Partner to be the on-the-ground People and Operations presence in New York. You will own the NYC office, partner with global People and Finance teams, manage facilities, vendors and local compliance, and help shape US employment practices.

You’ll collaborate with managers and employees to keep the New York workplace running smoothly, driving processes, systems and the employee experience in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a broad People, Workplace and Operations role.
• Ownership in a growing technology environment.
• Ability to work independently and build trusted relationships.
• Experience with US employment practices.
• Ability to support managers and employees in day-to-day People matters.
• Ability to build and improve processes.
• Experience with operational finance activities.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Own the New York workplace, manage office, suppliers, facilities, events.
• Support People Operations across onboarding, offboarding, docs, benefits, compliance.
• Be local point of contact for employees and managers.
• Build US employment practices knowledge to guide global teams.
• Partner with Finance on expenses, accounting admin, supplier management.
• Identify gaps and simplify processes as the team grows.
