LAZ Parking New York/New Jersey, LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager in New York, NY. The role leads on-site staff, coordinates payroll with HR, and drives the opening of new locations while maintaining client relationships.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in management and 3+ years parking experience, and strong MS Office skills. The position emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in a Management/Leadership role.
• 3+ years of parking experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop on-site staff at parking location(s).
• Manage payroll processing; interface with payroll to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee opening of new locations and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure budget adherence and revenue optimization across locations.
• Provide coaching and development for Assistant Managers and Team Leaders.
