Job summary

LAZ Parking in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations at one or more locations. You will lead on-site teams, schedule work, train staff, and ensure service excellence across all parking operations.

Responsibilities include payroll processing coordination with HR, budget adherence, opening new locations, and maintaining client satisfaction. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead, direct, and develop on-site team.

• Open new locations and manage transitions.
