The role emphasizes servant leadership, payroll coordination, schedule planning, and opening new sites, while building strong client relationships and maintaining service standards across assigned location(s).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years in a management role.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Parking management experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop a team at location(s).
• Manage, plan, schedule, train, and direct on-site activities.
• Develop client relationships and business retention.
• Ensure payroll processing and wage/hour compliance.
• Open newly assigned locations.
• Prepare financial and operational reports.
• Coordinate with HR and payroll.
