LAZ Parking is seeking a Facility Manager in Teaneck, NJ to oversee 24/7 parking operations. You will lead on-site teams, manage payroll processes, and ensure client satisfaction while driving revenue growth and cost controls.

The role emphasizes servant leadership and a strong emphasis on safety and service standards. The ideal candidate holds at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and has 3+ years in management and parking experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Management/Leadership role.
• 3+ years of parking experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop the team at parking location(s).
• Manage and schedule the activities of on-site employees.
• Oversee payroll processing with local payroll and HR support.
• Open and implement new location openings per contract.
• Ensure budget adherence and revenue optimization at assigned sites.
• Develop client relationships and drive business retention.
• Prepare regular financial and operational reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
