ACS International Resources is seeking a Business Technology Specialist to join our NYC-area client team. You will support on-site IT operations, maintain the client's technology infrastructure, and deliver outstanding service to improve satisfaction, retention, and profitability.

The role involves hands-on hardware and software support across Windows and Apple devices, AD/Office 365, networking gear, and AV systems, with SOP creation and customer education as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of computer hardware repair and outstanding customer service experience.
• Hands-on technical support experience and on-site IT expertise.
• Experience with Windows and Apple devices; Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
• Willingness to travel to Lower Manhattan; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to clients in NYC.
• Maintain integrity of clients' infrastructure and systems.
• Resolve issues, document SOPs, and train customers.
• Manage tickets and coordinate with the support desk.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment and workstations.
