Solomon Page seeks an experienced Facilities and Workplace Project Manager in New York City to lead a high-impact office move and workplace build-out. The role is hands-on, coordinating with architects, contractors, vendors, building management, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.

Responsibilities include planning, timelines, budgeting, and securing occupancy documentation while supporting the development of a large podcast/content studio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities, workplace operations, or related PM roles.
• Proven office relocation or major build-out experience from planning to completion.
• Experience coordinating architects, contractors, vendors, and building management.
• Familiarity with NYC commercial office requirements and permits.

Responsibilities

• Lead NYC office move planning and execution with minimal business disruption.
• Coordinate relocation of equipment, furniture, tech, and spaces.
• Partner with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support build-out of a large studio space for podcast/content production.
• Manage timelines, logistics, and multiple workstreams.
• Oversee vendor selection, scheduling, and on-site activity.
• Track costs and ensure the project stays within budget.
• Coordinate occupancy documentation and repairs as needed.
• Serve as daily point of contact for facilities during transition.
• Maintain office operations, maintenance, and pantry/kitchen needs.
