Qualifications

• Experience managing people and contract staff.
• Experience leading workplace operations in HQ or multi-site offices.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Experience managing budgets, invoices and vendor relationships.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset for rapid issue resolution.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of workplace safety/compliance practices.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workplace operations, ensuring the office is well-maintained and productive.
• Manage a team of full-time, temporary, and contract staff, including scheduling and timesheets.
• Own the operational management of budgets, PO, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate with building management, vendors, and internal partners for smooth operations.
• Maintain clear processes and standards to ensure service excellence.
• Lead workplace projects from planning through execution (moves, reconfigurations, implementations).
• Support space planning and stakeholder requests while balancing needs.
• Ensure safety/compliance and respond to issues on the ground.
