Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury hospitality experience.
• Multi-Lingual profiles preferred.
• Strong relationships with luxury hotels and restaurants domestically and globally.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of client service to domestic and global clients.
• Share Tiffany and Co. history, product information and services.
• Arrange local activities, reservations, transport and entertainment to create unique experiences.
• Build relationships with top hospitality organizations in NYC.
• Coordinate client events and internal tours of the Landmark.
• Manage client appointments via Booxi and email.
• Collect and report client feedback and trends to leadership.
• Ensure store environment aligns with brand standards.
