Tiffany & Co. in New York's Landmark location seeks a Client Experience Coordinator to deliver the Tiffany Touch to domestic and global clients visiting NYC, coordinating bespoke experiences, reservations, and private spaces.

You will partner with sales, client advisors, and other departments to host moments, research NYC offerings, and ensure a welcoming store environment while addressing any client concerns.

Formación

• 3+ years of luxury hospitality experience.
• Multi-Lingual profiles preferred.
• Strong existing relationships with luxury hotels and restaurants both domestically and globally.
• Proven experience working with VIC Clients.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsabilidades

• Provide highest level of client service to luxury clients.
• Share Tiffany and Co. history, product information and servicing offerings.
• Provide NYC area information and make special arrangements and reservations for local activities, entertainment, events, restaurants, and transportation.
• Proactively researches the NYC market for new businesses to consider when partnering clients with various touch points.
• Build relationships with top hospitality organizations, hotels, and restaurants in and around New York City.
• Develop and manage high net worth client experiences while visiting the Landmark.
• Manage schedule of multiple private spaces within the Landmark.
• Manages client appointments flowing through our booking platform Booxi and email inbox.
• Engages in direct client discovery for each appointment in order to fully customize and personalize all touch points.
• Collect, analyze and report customer feedback and trends to Client Experience Manager/Director.
• Ensures the store environment is welcoming, well-organized and aligned with the brands image and standards.
• Manages and resolves any escalated customer concerns, by addressing situations in a timely manner, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
