Job summary

The role involves greeting guests, sharing the World of Tiffany through storytelling, and creating a personalized luxury experience that supports sales goals. Candidates should have at least 2 years in luxury retail or related client-facing roles, be flexible with hours, and be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of luxury retail or related client-focused experience.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• GIA coursework is preferred.
• Ability to speak multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and contribute to a luxurious in-store experience.
• Engage in storytelling to convey the World of Tiffany and build brand desirability.
• Provide knowledgeable, curated experiences for every client.
• Assist clients throughout their visit, directing them to the right advisors and services.
• Support hospitality, tours, and events as needed to enhance client journeys.
