Job summary

Tiffany & Co. seeks a Client Experience Concierge for The Landmark to deliver highly personalized one-to-one experiences for domestic and global clients. This role requires deep knowledge of luxury hospitality and strong storytelling to uphold Tiffany's brand heritage.

Responsibilities include coordinating bespoke client journeys, researching NYC offerings, and managing private spaces within The Landmark. Fluency in multiple languages is preferred; strong admin skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of luxury hospitality experience.
• Multilingual proficiency highly preferred.
• Strong existing relationships with luxury hotels and restaurants, domestically and globally.
• Proven experience working with VIC clients.
• Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Offer luxury services and bespoke experiences to clients, VIC clients, and Executive Committee members.
• Research NYC offerings and arrange activities, dining, and transportation.
• Share Tiffany & Co. history, product information and servicing offerings through storytelling.
• Cultivate relationships with top hospitality organizations in NYC to ensure priority access.
• Develop and manage high net worth client experiences while visiting The Landmark.
