Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Client Experience Concierge for The Landmark in New York. You will deliver highly personalized one-to-one client experiences, uphold brand heritage, and connect with top hospitality partners to ensure priority access for VIPs.

Role requires elegance, strong networking within NYC, and deep knowledge of luxury hospitality. Excellent coordination and communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of luxury hospitality experience.
• Multilingual proficiency highly preferred.
• Strong existing relationships with luxury hotels and restaurants, domestically and globally.
• Proven experience working with VIC clients.
• Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Offer luxury services and elevated, bespoke experiences directly to clients, VIC clients, and Executive Committee members.
• Curate unique client experiences by researching NYC offerings and arranging activities, dining, and transportation.
• Share Tiffany and Co. history, product information and servicing offerings through storytelling.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with top hospitality organizations, hotels, and restaurants in and around New York City to ensure priority client access.
• Develop and manage high net worth client experiences while visiting The Landmark.
• Manage schedule of multiple private spaces within The Landmark.
• Engage in direct client discovery to customize and personalize all touch points.
• Act as a liaison between Client Advisors, Sales Team Managers, and other departments.
• Partner with the Client Experience Manager and Director to maintain hosting standards.
• Lead internal tours of The Landmark and serve as a brand ambassador.
• Support hospitality and selling events for VIC clientele.
