Job summary

Firstsource seeks hands-on Participant Recruiters and Schedulers to support a large-scale, high-volume research study in New York City. This execution-focused role recruits, screens, and schedules participants to sustain a daily target of 60 completed participants per day.

The position is a temporary hourly contract running Sept 29 through Nov 4, 2026, with hybrid field/remote work and onsite presence required. Pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, with up to 216 hours for the assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruiting or scheduling.
• Ability to achieve daily targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization for managing outreach and calendars.
• Experience with participant pipelines and tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and schedule participants for a high-volume study.
• Help maintain participant pipelines and 60 completions per day.
• Conduct proactive outreach through digital sourcing and community channels.
• Manage confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, cancellations, and replacements.
• Maintain records in shared trackers and coordinate with onsite teams.
• Track progress and escalate risks early.
