Responsibilities

• Own the full hiring strategy and recruitment process for Field Operations roles across the U.S.
• Develop sourcing and outreach strategies to drive engagement with local communities
• Partner with hiring managers to shape efficient processes and champion our hiring philosophy
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines through screening and coordination
• Run fast, thoughtful interview experiences and improve pipelines with data-driven insights
• Analyze pipeline trends and share actionable recommendations with teams
