Job summary

Firstsource Group USA is seeking hands-on Field / Community Recruiters to support participant recruitment for large-scale, high-volume research studies in the San Francisco Bay Area. This hybrid, freelance (1099) role blends in-person outreach with digital recruiting to help meet weekly participant targets and maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates.

The initial engagement is expected to run about 1 to 2 months, with the possibility of additional project-based work through the end of the

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a high-volume, execution-driven recruiting environment.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable with in-person outreach and fieldwork.
• High organization and reliability, with strong follow-through.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexible schedule, including availability during standard business hours.
• Work Location: In person (hybrid coordination based on onsite presence when needed).

Responsibilities

• Conduct field outreach across local communities, campuses, and public areas.
• Develop relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, and local groups and networks.
• Post and manage roles across digital channels.
• Screen and qualify candidates during the initial recruitment stage.
• Maintain strong pipeline tracking and complete timely follow-ups.
• Support recruitment execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure a continuous participant pipeline.
