Job summary

Firstsource Solutions in New York is seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to oversee daily onsite logistics and coordinate a multi-session AI research project. You will lead a Research Assistant team, manage participant check-in, attendance, and session flow, and ensure flawless execution of a structured data collection program with defined start and end dates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading onsite teams and operations.
• Ability to manage multiple rooms, sessions, and staff assignments.
• Clear communication with remote teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onsite operations and confirm site readiness before participants arrive.
• Supervise Research Assistants, assign rooms, stations, and daily duties.
• Manage participant check-in, attendance, consent, session flow and completion status across sessions.
• Coordinate with recruiters and schedulers regarding late arrivals, cancellations, no-shows, standby participants, and replacements.
• Monitor daily targets, make timely decisions, and cover onsite duties when needed.
• Maintain attendance records, staffing trackers, session information, and daily reports.
• Provide regular updates on progress, attendance, staffing, risks, incidents, and operations.
• Ensure onsite team follows project instructions, confidentiality, and data-handling procedures.
• Support setup, closeout, reconciliation, and onboarding of replacement staff.
