Responsibilities

• Lead market growth and develop an overarching roadmap for NY/Tri-State.
• Oversee strategic recruiting across New York/Tri-State markets.
• Identify growth opportunities and create execution plans to win opportunities.
• Maintain P&L accountability and ensure fiscal targets are met across markets.
• Coach and develop market leaders and support staff; foster collaboration between sub-markets.
