Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in New York, NY seeks a Senior Transaction Manager to lead complex real estate transactions for a multinational client. You will manage budgets, cash flows, and reporting while supervising Analysts and other Managers to deliver strategic outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in CRE, strong negotiation and analytics, and excellent client service. This role requires on-site work in NYC with opportunities for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

Proven transaction management experience with contract review and lease/purchase negotiations.
Experience managing complex real estate transactions for corporate clients.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Analysts and other Transaction Managers on complex projects.
Oversee regular reporting, budgets, cash flow forecasts and memoranda.
Negotiate leases, purchase and sale agreements and related documents.
Develop occupancy cost savings strategies and analyze financial structures.
Collaborate with IT to customize reports, dashboards, and analytics for the account.
