Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
2–4 years of production engineering or process development experience.
Strong knowledge of SPC, PFMEA, and lean principles.
Ability to manage projects and deliver improvements.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize processes for NPI and volume manufacturing.
Implement SPC for new products and monitor process stability.
Drive continuous improvement and lead small projects.
Provide production support and troubleshoot issues.
