Job summary

ASML in Wilton, Connecticut seeks an NXE Production Engineering Quality Manager to embed quality into manufacturing. You will lead the Quality Engineering organization, set vision and priorities, and partner with manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality, and operations to drive sustained improvements for production, customer satisfaction, and growth.

The role emphasizes people development, training, and cost-reduction initiatives that improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial, quality or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in quality/production/manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years leading engineers or project leaders.
• Experience with SPC, FMEA, MSA and root-cause analysis.
• Experience driving quality improvements and operational excellence.
• Experience using Python, Minitab, JMP or similar data analysis tools.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Quality Engineers and technical project leaders.
• Establish team priorities, development plans, and succession strategies.
• Define quality vision, roadmap, and objectives for the factory.
• Drive defect prevention, process control, quality gate deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Build organizational capability through training and technical development.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality, and operations to resolve quality challenges.
• Sponsor cost reduction initiatives that improve quality and efficiency.
