Job summary

ASML US in Wilton, CT, seeks a Mechanic/Mechatronics NPI Engineer to drive supplier collaboration and manufacturability from design to volume. You will manage D&E projects, secure quality parts, and own supplier interfaces with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a strong technical/manufacturing background, experience in quality systems and Six Sigma, and willingness to travel. On-site presence with some remote flexibility may be available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Professional experience in design/manufacturing with quality systems.
• Experience with Six Sigma Green/Black belt is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive supplier involvement in D&E projects to merge co-development with supplier tech.
• Ensure part quality, manufacturability, and serviceability in design phases.
• Document D&E collaboration roles and supplier responsibilities.
• Lead NPI supplier selection and engagement to enable volume production.
