Job summary

ASML US, LLC in Wilton, Connecticut, part of ASML, seeks a Production Engineer in the Manufacturing Operations to support the DUV Reticle Stage production and drive continuous improvement. You will work with engineers and technicians to ensure quality, lead times, and successful new product introductions in a concurrent engineering environment.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Software/Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years in an engineering setting, with exposure to

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Mechatronics or BS in Software or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years in an Engineering environment.
• Experience with precision mechanics, a plus.
• Working knowledge of Unigraphics, SAP, Unix a plus.

Responsibilities

• BOM structure checks and component evaluations working and with D&E.
• Define and create Manufacturing procedures and specifications.
• Introduce new products into production in an existing "Concurrent Engineering" environment.
• Create and design production tooling & qualification test.
• Generate technical work instructions and Test plans.
• Support production issues with concise troubleshooting of the Electro-Mechanical systems and sub systems.
• Evaluate and disposition failed parts with proposed solutions.
• Review Failure Analysis Reports from suppliers and help validate the root-cause of the failure.
