Qualifications

• Proven CNC programming experience using NX CAM.
• Expert-level knowledge of G-code for controls such as Sinumerik, Heidenhain, Fanuc, and Okuma.
• Ability to program a part, put it on a machine, and cut or build it.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Significant hands-on machining experience, including requirements definition and validation of pre-release software on machines.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and partner meetings, trade shows, and product team engagements.

Responsibilities

• Define NX CAM capabilities based on customer needs and machining workflows.
• Validate software with realistic manufacturing workflows and on-machine testing.
• Engage with customers and partners to evaluate software and gather feedback.
• Promote product quality through validation, feedback, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a connection between customers, product management and development teams.
• Communicate clearly to align expectations and strengthen collaboration.
• Share machining expertise to strengthen team knowledge and collaboration.
• Take ownership in lean-agile product development.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Create customer-facing enablement materials (videos, screen captures, test recordings, tech tips).
• Research manufacturing workflows and benchmarking results to inform improvements.
