Job summary

Baseten is seeking a senior partnerships professional to own and grow our relationships within the hardware and compute ecosystem, including NVIDIA and major OEMs. You will monitor market dynamics, shape terms, and work with engineering and business teams to ensure strong, strategic collaborations.

The role requires credibility in the NVIDIA/OEM/HPC community, excellent negotiation skills, and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset to navigate a fast-moving AI compute market.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining strategic hardware partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-moving, high-stakes markets.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships across NVIDIA and key OEM partners (e.g. Dell, Supermicro).
• Track market intelligence on hardware availability, roadmaps, and terms to position Baseten effectively.
• Support deal structuring and negotiation with Baseten's deals team.
