Job summary

Baseten is seeking to strengthen its hardware & compute partnerships, focusing on NVIDIA and key OEMs to secure favorable access and terms. You will bridge Baseten with suppliers, monitor market signals, and support deal structuring and negotiations.

The role requires credibility across the hardware ecosystem, strong relationship-management instincts, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving market where hardware access is a competitive differentiator.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to maintain senior-level relationships with technology vendors and OEMs.
• Strong judgment on when to escalate to leadership for optimal deals.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-stakes hardware market.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with NVIDIA and OEM partners (e.g. Dell, Supermicro).
• Track hardware availability, roadmaps, and terms to inform Baseten strategy.
• Support deal structuring and negotiation with Baseten's deal-making function.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Hardware Platform engineering to ensure strong provider relationships.
