Job summary

Baseten is seeking a strategic leader to manage relationships across NVIDIA and key OEM partners, shaping Baseten’s hardware access strategy. You will work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to align on terms, roadmaps, and collaborations that keep Baseten ahead in the compute stack.

You will represent Baseten with senior partners, drive negotiations, and translate market intelligence into actionable plans, ensuring strong, credible partnerships across a fast-changing hardware

Qualifications

• Existing relationships and credibility within the NVIDIA, OEM, and HPC ecosystem.
• Strong relationship-management instincts and judgment to involve senior leadership when needed.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-stakes hardware access market.
• Collaborative style with engineering counterparts and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships across NVIDIA and key OEM partners (e.g. Dell, Supermicro).
• Track market intelligence on hardware availability, roadmaps, and terms to inform Baseten’s strategy.
• Support deal structuring and negotiation in partnership with Baseten's deal-making function.
• Work closely with Infrastructure and Hardware Platform teams to ensure high-quality provider relationships.
• Represent Baseten credibly across senior relationships in the hardware ecosystem, escalating to leadership when strategically valuable.
