Job summary

Nestlé USA in Arlington, VA (or Solon, OH) is seeking a Nutrition Sales Analyst to join the Sales Analytics team. You will collaborate with Customer Account Managers to drive insights, reporting, and analytics that support sales objectives and grow market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 18 months of experience in retail sales or a related sales environment with a focus on sales reporting and analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Intermediate/advanced skills in Excel (Xlookups, pivots, etc.)
• Intermediate skill in AI (Copilot, Claude, etc.) and applications with AI in analytics
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comprehensive understanding of 4P sales fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate actionable insights that support the current business needs, inform strategic decisions, and drive profitable brand and category performance
• Provide analytical recommendations and identify opportunities through the utilization of syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, Point of Sale) and other data resources
• Exhibit category expertise by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the category and the broader business landscape
• Utilize data visualization and effective storytelling to help build sales presentations
• Build & maintain 4P reporting & tools that are essential to the day-to-day operation of Nestle’s customer account teams
• Pull data for ad-hoc analysis from various sources including syndicated data, retailer platforms, and internal resources
