Metro West Nursing & Rehab Center in Florida is seeking a leadership-focused nutrition professional to oversee the Food & Nutrition Program for residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• CDM, Dietetic Technician or Registered Dietician certification required.
• Minimum 1 year food service experience in an institutional/healthcare setting preferred.
• Leadership experience in food service management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the center's Food & Nutrition Program
• Supervise the preparation and service of planned menus, nourishments, and supplements
• Provide nutrition education to residents, patients, and their families
• Provide oversight and management of the center's Dietary Aides and Cooks
