Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science from a U.S. college or university with a DPD accredited by ACEND.
• Current Registered Dietitian (RDN) certification (CDR).
• Texas Licensed Dietitian (LD) license (TDLR).
• Food Manager or ServSafe Manager certification (or able to obtain within 30 days).

• Teach assigned courses in-person or online across multiple locations.
• Maintain effective student relationships and support learning in diverse settings.
• Plan instruction using approved syllabus and ensure course objectives are met.
