Job summary

Mission Point Health Care in Michigan is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to coordinate clinical services on designated nursing units, working with the DON and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.

Responsibilities include assessing systems, implementing nursing procedures, developing care plans, and providing health education to residents and families. Candidates should be an RN with 1-3 years supervisory experience and be available for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Michigan state.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess systems to improve resident care.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing staff.
• Develop and implement care plans.
• Perform nursing assessments.
• Provide health education to residents and families.
• Participate in quality assurance activities.
• Complete required forms per policy and regulations.
• Be available for on-call and overtime as needed.
• Travel to facilities as required.
