Job summary

IntersectHC in Michigan seeks an experienced RN supervisor to plan, coordinate, and manage clinical services for the nursing unit in collaboration with the DON. You will oversee nursing care and services provided to Residents and facilitate the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include assessing systems that affect resident care, developing care plans, implementing nursing procedures, and providing health education to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (preferably with supervisory training).
• Valid RN state license.
• One to three years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate systems that facilitate quality resident care.
• Coordinate and manage nursing care and services for Residents.
• Develop a plan of care and implement nursing care based on assessment.
• Provides health education to patients and their families.
• Participate in quality assurance activities.
• Complete required forms and documents per policy and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies or staffing shortages as needed.
