Atrium Health is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Manager in Albemarle, NC to lead nursing practice and department operations. You will support the manager by guiding staff, ensuring compliance, and coordinating care delivery to optimize patient outcomes.

Formación

• RN licensure in appropriate state.
• BSN required;ブ if BSN not held, enrollment in BSN approved within 1 year of Hire/Transfer date and completion within 3 years.
• BLS certification required within policy guidelines.
• Certification in clinical or leadership role within 1 year of eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead nursing practice and department operations with systematic approaches.
• Assist with interview, selection and supervision of nursing staff.
• Coordinate communications through staff meetings/huddles to promote dialogue.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and policies.
• Provide rounds across patients, teammates and physicians to assess care quality and satisfaction.
• Delegate elements of care per policy and legal parameters.
• Identify outcomes to guide continuity of care and department operations.
• Evaluate progress toward goals and disseminate information to care teams.
• Perform nursing care, assist with treatments and medications as needed.
• Manage patient flow and staffing according to volume/acuity.
