The role requires RN licensure, BSN preferred, and several years of nursing and leadership experience. You will mentor staff, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement in care delivery.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse license in the appropriate state.
• BSN degree required or enrollment within 1 year of hire.
• Minimum two years nursing experience preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred within nursing

Responsibilities

• Supports the manager in enhancing quality and effectiveness of nursing practice and care delivery.
• Leads teammates to foster a healthy work environment and drive innovation in care.
• Coaches and counsels staff; participates in interviews and supervision of nursing personnel.
• Coordinates communication through staff meetings and huddles.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state laws and regulatory policies.
• Oversees patient flow/throughput and staffing to meet volume/acuity needs
