Atrium Health Stanly in Albemarle, NC is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee Psychiatric Nursing services. The role will assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate clinical and operational functions to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care by a skilled team.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure in North Carolina; MSN is preferred, with enrollment in an MSN program within 1 year of hire and completion within 5 years if not BSN. Prior management experience is preferred; BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state (North Carolina).
• MSN preferred; if undergraduate is not BSN, must complete MSN; enrollment within 1 year and graduation within 5 years are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee psychiatric nursing services and coordinate clinical operations.
