Job summary

Option Care Health LLC is seeking a licensed RN to lead nursing services as a Nursing Supervisor in a Medicare-certified home health setting. The role includes direct and indirect patient care, care planning, and education for patients and caregivers.

Occasional on-call responsibilities and leadership in nursing operations are required. You must have an active RN license, CPR certification, and supervisory or advanced nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in current practice state.
• 1 year of nursing supervisory/charge experience or 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Member of a state or national professional organization.

Responsibilities

• Competent in clinical management of home infusion patients, nursing process, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees patient care plans and documentation; ensures quality and effectiveness of care.
• Act as administrator/director of nursing in the absence of a director or manager of nursing.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities and coordinates with operations leadership.
• Leads ongoing education programs and staff development; monitors compliance and safety.
