Option Care Health is hiring a Nursing Supervisor to lead patient care under a physician plan and company policies. The role includes overseeing assessments, care planning, education, and clinical supervision across the home infusion setting.

The position requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and nursing leadership experience. Travel up to 50% within state and out of state is expected, with opportunities for administrative leadership in the absence of a director.

Qualifications

• RN with license in current state and 1 year supervisory/charge experience, or 3 years relevant nursing experience with progression.
• Required CPR certification.
• Member of a state or national professional organization.
• Access to reliable transportation to visit patients.
• Knowledge of local, state, federal, accrediting body and OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under physician plan and policies.
• Oversee patient assessment, care planning and education.
• Evaluate progress toward goals and adjust care plans as needed.
• Train and supervise staff; ensure compliance and documentation.
• Act as Administrator/Director of Nursing in absence of leadership.
• Ensure operations are compliant with regulations and reporting requirements.
• Monitor nursing budgets and supply usage; support Plan of Care.
• Support recruitment and staff development; participate in orientation.
• Participate in committees and process improvement teams.
